HOW MUCH!?
Believe me, we understand. In today's world things can get awful pricey. Especially with custom work. We try an offer fair pricing while using the same materials as the "Pro's!" With that being said, here are some things to think about before asking how much....
- Do you have a file for your design? - PDF, EPS, Ai, SVG, etc. ( A digital image of your design is not a file)
- Do you need a design created or recreated? - If so, we can help you with that for an agreed upon fee
- How many colors is your design? - The more colors, the more materials and time go into your order
- How many points of print? - Ex. do you want your shirt printed on the front, back or sleeve? Or all 3
- Do you have a specific garment brand in mind? - Our prices are based off of the garment brands we use
- What size garments? - Unfortunately when you get into 2X and above the price goes up $3 per item
- What type of printing method would you prefer? - Vinyl, silk screen, embroidery, sublimation etc
- How many items are you ordering? - After so many items we offer price breaks. (1st break is at 24 items)
TERMS & CONDITIONS
I am a firm believer in communication and respect. I believe in phone conversations. There will be questions, especially in the design to print process. Texting paragraphs back and forth usually leads to a burn out period in the process or frustration! I'm willing to meet with my clients, and encourage it. We can definitely get through the 8 bullet points above, and any other questions in a simple 10 minute meeting or phone call. That way I can give you the most accurate price possible. You are reaching out to me for a service, and I want to accommodate that service to the best of my abilities.
- Any order over $1000 requires a deposit of half the price up front, unless discussed otherwise.
- Any order will be paid in full before or upon delivery and/or pickup.
- If client does not have a design file, there will be a one time per design fee.
- There is a one time per design digitization fee of $25 for embroidered garments.
- A setup fee will be charged with every print order, unless discussed otherwise
- If you have a file for your design there will be no graphic fees applied to your print order
- No minimums - With that being said, Design Time offers different printing styles for different scenarios
- Minimum of 24 - In order to use silkscreen style of printing you must have a minimum of 2 dozen garments
Turn around times usually depend on order size and printing medium. We estimate anywhere from one-three weeks.
When your order is finished you will receive an emailed invoice of your purchase. If you had graphic work done, you'll also receive a design file package.
